I am traveling out west but want to keep my cardio training going as I hope to prepare for another national championship run in tennis and pickleball latter this yr. Orange Theory in Fargo ND has been my go to workout. Employees greet us cheerfully as we arrive and seem to love their jobs, as do the coaches who keep us motivated. It’s fun to be with a great upbeat attitude. I’m new to Orange Theory's work outs which get my hearth rate up over 150/minute quickly, and the varied stations are well though out and keep me hustling to stay in and earn Orange zone splats (84% of max heartrate). Before I know it, I’ve burned 850 calories, ’m moving to another station and the hour's over and I've had an incredibly fun workout. I highly recommend OT to anyone who's seriously training for an event, trying to drop weight, get in incredible shape or just have fun. For me OT’s been an A+ experience.

I try my best to visit an OTF every time I travel. North Dakota is my 49th state on my bucket list of checking out all 50!I really enjoyed the workout in this only Fargo location, burning about 630 lbs! Greg was not only a great coach, but also gave me great advice on what to check out locally! The young lady at the front desk also provided super friendly, speedy service to get my onboarded to their system.

This gym is absolutely amazing! It's always keeping me motivated and excited for the next workout. Not to mention, its kept clean and tidy, and staff are always amazing to deal with. I don't think I'll ever join another gym again!

I've been a member at orangetheory Fargo for 4.5 years, and I absolutely love it. It's a fantastic experience from the moment you walk through the door! My favorite thing about orangetheory is being able to shut my brain off for an hour and get a great workout.

I love OTF- it’s the highlight of my day! As a retired athlete, I crave team/ group fitness atmosphere and OTF delivers that. Plus the members, staff and coaches in Fargo are the best :)

Great place to get your sweat on! :) Workouts are always different. I always feel very good after a session. Staff is friendly. Coaches are great. They have signature workouts which I enjoy lot, you get to set benchmark times. Its a nice way to track your fitness progress. Highly recommend Orangetheory Fitness.

Taking classes at Orangetheory has been extremely lucrative for a healthy mind and body. Getting a sweat in before my day starts helps to lower stress, enables me to think more clearly, and prompts me to make healthier choices throughout the day. Having a set time to workout by pre-booking lowers the chance I will skip and promotes consistency. The coaches are very friendly and supportive, and it’s great to be able to have a personal trainer while also staying motivated in a group setting. I have witnessed many positive changes to my overall well-being, thanks to OTF! 🧡

This is a class-based fitness center(not your typical gym where you can walk at any time and exercise on your own). Staff members are very helpful and friendly. The environment here is clean and sanitary. I am currently trying out Orangetheory fitness for 2 months to see if it is for me, and so far, it's been great.
