This place is so amazing! I attended their beginner class this weekend and Meredith was the coach. She was so positive, very motivating and she knew all of our names by the end of the class. So much time was spent teaching us about Sweatlana and the exercises. I can't wait to go back!!!

The instructor of that class had the volume of the music and her microphone so dangerously loud, she was virtually inaudible. The average decibel reading for the class was 94 dB. OSHA regulation requires ear protection for noises louder than 85 dB, and decibels are a logarithmic unit, meaning it was nearly 10 TIMES the safe level without ear protection.I contacted management regarding this issue, and the reply was, "we totally understand the energy and vibe isn't for everyone," Meg BradshawChief Operating Officer. The insensitive reply of the management is disappointing at best.To subject the attendees (and the instructors) to this sustained volume is extremely dangerous and can lead to serious hearing loss.If you want to get physically healthy and maintain your hearing health, I highly recommend NOT attending a class here.
