Everyone is so friendly - staff and clients. The teachers are knowledgeable and make the classes fun. The studio is a comfortable, lovely space. Great place to workout and meet fun people.

While visiting my family in the Detroit area I was able to continue my workout routine at MAF. They had a variety of classes, times, levels, great staff, experienced instructors, great prices and a fun environment. I will return.

Mid American Fitness is a great place to train. With our personal trainers we have lost a substantial amount of weight. Melissa and Dana are the BEST!! I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to lose weight and get in shape to contact Mid American Fitness.

I've been doing group Pilates reformer training at Mid American Fitness for many years. It's a great workout done with fantastic people. The facility is clean and always being updated. The staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend it.

As a mom of 7 children, I never made any time for exercise for myself. My girls gave me a birthday present last February that changed everything...a fitness package from Mid American! The Pilates classes are wonderful....I've never felt so good. I My stiffness and achiness from arthritis has subsided, I've lost some weight, and I'm just in much better shape. Mid American is perfect for me! The staff is so friendly and it's such a wonderful atmosphere to work out in! I'm definitely hooked!

I have been training at Mid American Fitness for over a year now. I tried to be a go to the gym person, but I found scheduling my workouts is really the best method for me, which I am able to do here. I love the flexibility and kindness of the staff. I also love the modifications the trainers / instructors help me make for some of my chronic injuries. I hope to be a part of their "family" for a long time.

The instructors are all great! Each of them push you to be your best in class without making you feel inadequate. Most classes accommodate all fitness levels, so if you are new you can learn from the other people in class and catch on quick. I added Mid-American to my routine about 4 times a week and in conjunction with diet I have managed to loose over 40 lbs. and counting. The fact that I am not intimidated makes coming back over an over an easy choice.

I cannot say enough good things about Mid-American Fitness Studio. The staff and studio are very welcoming and the instructors are supportive and inspirational. It is a top notch facility with a variety of classes and services to meet the needs of anyone who cares about improving their health and fitness goals!
