HOTWORX - Fayetteville, AR (Wedington)

BEWARE!! BEWARE!!I would give 0 stars if possible. The machines are always broken. The place is nasty. I'm trying to cancel my account because I only used it for a month out of the year. They are trying to charge me for an extra 2 months even though I haven't been there in months and I want it canceled today. They say we were told this at the beginning. I was told as long as I cancel before the 25th I wouldn't be charged.

The staff are always wonderful & excited to help, but this location is problematic because of the customer base. People bring their friends in and just hop around empty saunas during non-staffed hours, which is uncomfortable to maneuver if you see people in a sauna you booked days before & don’t want to cause an issue. Just be prepared to handle people who don’t book session appointments properly and linger in saunas

Hotworx is my favorite workout experience to date! The staff at the Fayetteville location is also super friendly and helpful with anything you need! I love the infrared heat and all the benefits that comes with it, and the variety of classes and workouts offered is unbeatable! I tell all my friends about Hotworx and I think everyone should try it!! You’ll love it!!

HOTWORX is one of the most unique workout experiences that will work your body in so many different ways. If you are someone that thinks “no way I can workout in a sauna” you’re wrong!! You can do it!!! Take a chance and notice your body feeling so much better. Not to mention, the staff here is amazing and willing to help you with any questions or concerns you may have.

Very disappointed that I pay for Sweat Everywhere (access to all HWX nationwide) but come back to my home studio in Fayetteville, after traveling to many HWX locations.. by far the dirtiest and poorly managed location I have ever been too. All of the Blast equipment is broken in some form whether it’s the seat, pedals are broken, tension etc., as well as almost every single Cycle. Not to mention how dirty the saunas are and doors that haven’t been cleaned in what looks like weeks. After going to HWX locations in several states that are near spotless it’s so disappointing to have this one as my home location. All the respect to the owners and managers, but something must be done about this location.

I joined this gym in November and it's been really great.My skin has cleared up so much, and my muscles have toned up too. I'm so much more flexible thanks to the isometric workouts. I used to think that the heat from the workouts would make me faint, but I haven't up to this day (I've got heat intolerance) and I usually workout in 130°F.I love this gym and I don't regret joining!I think everybody should test it out at least once!The general manager and staff are all very nice and helpful!!

Before joining, I had heard amazing things about Hotworx and all of the benefits of each of the workouts. It seemed like a no-brainer. I don’t enjoy the traditional gym setting and walking into this gym every day gives me the inspiration and excitement to come back. While the workouts are hot and challenging, there is no excuse to not show up. You can knock out a 15 minute class and feel amazing for the rest of the day! I noticed a difference in my body after 4 days and I’m loving the results!!

This is the first gym membership I have actually used. It's fun, new and I feel better every time I leave. The infrared saunas make me sweat like no other and classes are either 15 minutes or about 45 minutes. The app is cool too, because it tracks your calories burned during and 60 minutes after your workout ends. There are enough classes to not get bored and the FX Zone has weights and a machine if you'd rather not be in a sauna. They do frequent giveaways and I love seeing all the people posting their workout selfies on Instagram. Kenton Is also the best!

The Hotworx Fayetteville studio is amazing! The staff is so friendly and very welcoming every time I come in! They are helpful with anything/everything you need. I came in for a free class and signed the next day because I love it so much. I’ve also recruited a lot of my friends and we’re all obsessed! The facility is always clean and the equipment is very-well taken care of. The classes are actually so fun (especially with a buddy) and have a unique way of keeping my attention so I never get bored or want to give up mid-workout! I always feel so good and accomplished every time I walk out of there.Truly my favorite gym I’ve ever been apart of and most definitely worth every penny!
