Very well equipped with both free weights and weight machines. The cardio equipment is quite varied, but there are only a couple of units of each version. This gym caters to Washington Regional employees and "older" gym rats as well as serving as an exercise site for long term rehab for people with disabilities. It's a good choice for people looking for a non-competitive environment. The gym is rarely crowded, but Saturday mornings can be busy enough that I have to change the order of a workout or switch to an alternative exercise to keep moving. Personal trainers are available for a reasonable fee.
