Very welcoming space. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and have a wholistic approach. The most comfortable studio I’ve been to. The Sunday kundalini class is the best church I’ve been to.

I did their 30 days for $30 day, which is an insane value, to start the year and this new studio provided such a positive impact on my life. All the instructors are such wonderful individuals, and the space is clean, cozy, and tucked away from noise so you can really unwind. They offer a solid range of classes from active to restorative(check out the MINDBODY app for details), and provide everything you need from mats to props. They even have a little library inside with some great non-fiction works, and the staff was always happy to discuss them with me before and after classes.I will miss this place and the people within it dearly, and will surely return once I'm back in town. Whether you are brand new or experienced with yoga, I wholeheartedly recommend you check them out :)

I bought their 30 days for $30 when I was in the process of looking for a place to regularly practice. Not even sure how I stumbled onto this hidden jewel but so grateful I did. The space is chill, intimate, dark, love the playlists, and the teachers are wonderful. Every experience I've had there has been personally transformative. This will be my Yoga home.
