Beware of this gym*!*!*! Paid membership always on time left when done with army military service.Gave notice to owner to cancel membership upon my move back home and still they kept charging my account. Messed with my credit score trimidiously!*!*!* Had to rebuild credit. 😢 Not a reputable company you want to be associated with.

I like this gym because I can workout, while my baby goes to their indoor daycare. I also like the different equipment for different upper and lower body workouts. The membership is reasonable and I would recommend to anyone

This place is an absolute scam and rips off service members. I’m in the army like many others. One of the criteria to cancel your membership is being deployed. February of this year I got deployed and attempted to cancel my membership, they refused and I continued to pay for an additional 6 months. I had my bank cancel payments as it became completely fraudulent. Tru fit proceeded to submit me to a debt collection department and insists that I own them 400$. Absolutely ridiculous and crooked. They take advantage of service members and will NOT work with you. It’s pretty sad that a gym is so awful that they have to force members into a ridiculous contract to keep them in their gym, because they know that they are inferior to other gyms in the area. Save your hard earned money and go to fitness connection. Because tru fit is a SCAM

I’ve worked out at TruFit on numerous occasions and have always had a great time. The environment, equipment, and staff all are great and always available if you have any questions whether it be about specific workouts or pieces of equipment. Definitely recommend membership for anybody looking to get in better shape and change their life.

The Gold`s Gym on Bragg Blvd has the best staff ever. Especially front desk staff who makes the best shakes ;-) Everyone who works in there is always friendly and welcoming. If any issues arise while doing my workout they are quick to respond. Excellent place to workout. However, some of the the machines DEFINITELY need an upgrade.

I think it is an amazing gym to go get a quality work out! They have amazing classes your staff is always friendly and they have an amazing smoothie lineup as well! I would highly recommend this gym to any military personnel or anyone in Fayetteville! Also would like to give a shout out to Stephanie in Kidzcare she is amazing at what she does! And also to the fitness consultants in Hope Mills and the Fayetteville location helping me reach my goals and fitness needs!

Staff seems to communicate with each other more than they do with members. I think there should be more awareness that all members are not sure how to work equipment, and when you can't identify staff or find anyone on the floor the experience begins to to turn sour.If staff would be as attentive as they are when they are trying to get you to buy a membership it would be great.Clean facility, I wish I could say more but I stopped going last year. This is the first time I've ever joined a gym and my experience has been poor. Perfect location,

I switched over to Gold's after spending the last few years at a now defunct women's gym. I have to admit to being a little nervous about starting up in a gym that a few people had mentioned feeling like had a 'macho' environment, but I was sold on the amazing child care. Not only is the childcare phenomenal-- best I've ever seen in a gym with cleanliness and wonderful staff-- but the facilities and trainers are great. I should never have been concerned because it has always felt like a great place to work out. I've been a member for a year now and would highly recommend it.

I love the gym. But I have had MULTIPLE issues with payments and my contract. Please pay close attention to the copy that you physically sign. I was told 12 months with 6 months free and it ended up being 36 months. I signed up in September …
