Very disappointed in my experience at CFF. On the good side the gym was nice and the members where friendly. On the bad side the trainer (I think she was also an owner, but not sure) she was not very welcoming. She did not have the class warm up at all! We went straight into lifting a barbell. She never showed any of the movements in the workout. I was kind of lost for a bit because I did not know what to do or when. I been doing CF for a while so I knew how to perform the movements, but in terms of when are we starting or do we need to get our stuff ready because the wod starts soon, she never said anything. Even though the website said very clearly to be ontime, because the class starts at the set hour, the class started late and finished late. As if not having a warmup before class was bad enough, we did not have a cooldown either. I know some gyms dont do cooldowns all the time, but damn no warm up and no cooldown??? Specially after the kind of wod that we did! So I saw a bunch of mobility tools in a bucket by the whiteboard and i grabbed one to stretch on my own and the trainer took it away from me because the item was only to be use by trainers! It was a flat lacrosse ball for crying out loud and it was in a bucket with no label or anything that indicated that its not to be used by people. She also was very clear on no one using some new barbells that because deadlifts will damage new barbells!!! It felt like we where a buch of kids that dont know how to do anything and cant take good care of the equipment and she spend most of her energy making sure we did not touch certain stuff. The reason Im taking the time to write all of this is because I dropped in to this gym because I wnated to check it out for some friends that live in the area and do not work out at all. They are married and dont have a lot of things to do I feel like CF can be good for them. I have been telling them that Crossfit is for everyone so I wanted to just buy them a month of basics or whatever. But thats not going to happen in that place. I was so surprised of the way the did things in that gym. Basically if you are new to CF its not a good place to go to. Hopefully they read this an take it as constructive criticism to improve their service.

I loved this place when I when I was a member here. The owners/ coaches are polite professional and friendly. Everyone else is friendly and if your are drop will treat you like a regular. The workouts are logical and follow a progression, the coaches also will work with you if you are unsure how to execute a movement. The facility it's self is well maintained and clean, it also well stocked. There are plenty of weights so you can easily find what you need during a workout. Drop ins are always welcome and the fee nominal compared to some other locations I have seen. If you are a visiting the area or living nearby I would highly recommend this gym.

Pam and Troy are the owners of CrossFit Fishers, but more importantly, they are mentors. They introduced me to CrossFit, and I never thought I would stick with it. 40 pounds lighter, yet stronger than when I started, I will continue this journey, and I'm proud to do it with the owners and awesome members of this gym. The members are fantastic.

I joined this gym in August with no prior gym experience. My life has changed thanks to personalized, daily coaching assistance that goes beyond expectations, with diet and fitness help. In that time I have gained new friends and an amazing support network, and have lost 15 lbs along the way. Outstanding experience all the way!

I've been training with Pam and Troy at CrossFit Fishers since 2013. I'd never done anything like this before and was really intimidated when I first walked in. I've gained a lot of strength and confidence over the last 4 years, and made a lot of new friends. It's a big, clean box with a wonderful, supportive community that prides itself on being especially welcoming to newcomers and visitors. If you've been thinking about trying CrossFit or looking for a new box, definitely come in for one of the free lessons.

I've been going to Crossfit Fishers for about 9 months now. I've been to a few other boxes while out of town for work, but Crossfit Fishers is without a doubt the best I've been to so far. The box is big and kept very clean. The people and atmosphere are especially great. Its a much more friendly and personal environment than I've experienced elsewhere. Pam and Troy are great coaches and fun to talk to. I never would have thought that I would actually look forward to my workouts every day.

I joined CrossFit in July 2015. My wife made me do it; she joined earlier that year. I wasn't that excited about it. I had never "pumped iron" and really didn't think I would fit in. I can honestly say that CrossFit is the highlight of my day. The community is very supportive; no matter how out of shape you are or how little you can lift, the community encourages you to push yourself and do things you never thought you could. Coaches Pam and Troy teach good technique and program a wide variety of exercises. I enjoy going to sleep not knowing what the next day's challenge will be!
