A gym is a gym, but the people make all the difference. I'll start with the coaches. Pam and Troy are both very knowledge and very kind. I feel encouraged, coached and like a better lifter/athlete than I did before I joined. Now I'll cover the other athletes. They have all been extremely nice and have welcomed me in the group right away. It's a cool gym, with a good mix of people and it's clean. The cleanest gym that I've been to.

Was traveling for work and dropped in for a class. Coaches were great and the gym was awesome. Workouts were scaled for all levels. Defiantly coming back next time I am in town.
