My youngest is a bit spicy. We needed a place to work off energy and we wanted help building a framework of respect. He has been going here for about a year. I have watched him gain skills in how he moves and how he thinks. The focus is on character not competition. Even if he doesn't make it to black belt he has already gained skills that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend, especially for those kids that are been with live wire energy.

We have been coming here for a few years now. Mr. Byrd and the staff are amazing with kids. He remembers each child's name very quickly which make them feel special. They have a great way of connecting with the kids and helping them build confidence. The schedule is set as you can find a day/s that work with your schedule with being a realtor my schedule is all over the place but i can still get my son in a few times a week.

Our kids have gone here for over a year and they still love it. The owners (Byrds) are great with kids. The instructors are forever students showing an incredible path for you or your kids to take as well.

In the 6 months that I have attended, every person I have encountered has been so kind, patient, and generous. They seem to have found the perfect balance between teaching lots of practical skills while also maintaining a slightly more relaxed atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Our 4yr old just loves coming to karate here. The staff is very patient and understanding with all ages. There’s activities and new words they can learn and use in everyday use. Such a great way to burn energy AND learn core manners at the same time! Our 2nd child will certainly go here once he is of age too!

My son has been a student here since early 2018. We value his experience here. He has received wonderful, knowledgeable instruction in taekwondo that has translated to everyday life. If you are looking for a martial arts studio, I would highly recommend Geist Martial Arts!
