Cancelled my membership via letter as the contract specified, and they continued to charge me for months. Called many times to cancel and no one ever answers their phone during staffed hours, left many messages and finally got a call back stating my membership was cancelled only to get charged again the next month.

If you like annoying rap music blaring over the clubs piped in music, this is the place for you. Also, Gym "Bro's" laying on the equipment with their shirts off. Resembles a garage more than a national chain...

I started working out here because of Tim and I’m so so glad I did. The atmosphere is always upbeat. Tim brings joy in everyone even people that do not workout with him!

Dirty most of the time. Some staff are friendly, some not as much. A lot of equipment, most everything you need. However it's too small, and you feel cramped if more than ten people are there.

Cancelled my membership 2 months ago and I keep getting charged the ridiculous amount of $40. I've called multiple times and no one is ever in the office so calling the bank ASAP. The equipment is old and beat up.
