Equipment is nice and clean. Only problem is how close the machines are together makes it difficult to navigate through the gym. Love the lighting room upstairs for posing.

Very nice facility. I was extremely impressed with the condition of the building, the variety of equipment, and the friendliness of the staff. Vinnie has done a great job growing this place over the past few years.

I was a member of the Gym for 3 months up until recently. I cancelled my membership and the process was horrible. The customer experience and delivery was awful. I was met with hostility as soon as I entered the facility. I connected with the owner Jennifer to set up an appointment to only be met with the assistance manager Jourden. Who had no idea of what Jennifer and I discussed regarding the cancelation fee amount. After almost 45 minutes of negotiations and hassle it took to resolve Jennifer and Jourden miscommunication, I was able to cancel my membership. The communication and delivery of customer service was poorly executed. I hope that they are able to coordinate better in future.

I love THE GYM. I wish they opened up at 5am so I can go in the morning, but I always go on my off days from work! Great place & great atmosphere.
