The Gym Fitness Center

My son River has been training 3-5 dyas a week with Vinnie in the football off season since he turned 13. He will not weight train anywhere else. He is faster, stronger, and disciplined on that field and in all of his other sports. Thank you to Vinnie! Go Creek!

This is where the big boys come to pick up heavy things and put them back down. Nice setup and still clean as it being a newer gym. Not my regular gym as it’s not in my normal travel route but will return when in the area.

This place is horrible. The atmosphere is egotistical and everyone thinks their a bodybuilder it's quite hilarious but also annoying. Good luck canceling your membership if you have to move for a job or any reason at all. All they care about is money and will not allow you to cancel for any reason whatsoever. You can find better gyms for half of what they charge here. The staff will also continue to harass you about paying your balance even after you've told them multiple times that you moved and will not be coming back.

I recently joined The Gym and have loved it. I was a 25+ year member of Hurley Health and Fitness and tried several other local Fitness Centers. Two key things about joining a gym is showing up and having a helpful staff that truly cares. Vinnie cares about everyone’s success to achieve their goal. Also very important to me are the friendships we all gain working out together. The Gym’s new location is awesome with plenty of lockers and also large showers. If you are looking for a new gym, I highly suggest trying The Gym , whether you are a power lifter or someone trying to stay in shape. The Gym fits all needs to conquer your goals.

When I saw that 70 dollars come out of my account for a month I almost had a heart attack but nice gym tho

Excellent equipment and very clean. Vinnie is an excellent trainer that takes time for your personal training.

The Gym has very nice equipment! I love the Cardio room the best. Very private and quiet. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful..

Great facility with extremely friendly staff. I am always greeted by name when I walk in. Owner/staff will go out of their way to help in anyway that they can. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had going to a gym.
