The Gym has all of the equipment anyone would need to reach any bodybuilding goal. The clientele are friendly and supportive, and there is a variety of trainers to help. Vinnie, the owner, is always quick with a motivational statement to help you get started with your workout.

The Gym Fitness Center has more than twice the equipment than comparable fitness centers. Wonderful family atmosphere as well as the most clean place I’ve ever worked out.

The number 1 Gym in Genesee county. Great facilities with the Top trainer in the state at the elm you can’t find a better Gym. Awesome protein shakes and very clean.

Hands Down this is the Best Gym in Genesee County. The Staff is Amazing, they focus on customer safety, and the Personal Trainers work with you to ensure you obtain your fitness goals.

Awesome gym, been training at the gym for around 5 years now and still feel welcome by owners, staff and trainers. I highly recommend this gym if you are in the flint area. A top of the line gym with a friendly and welcoming environment.
