definitely one of the best gyms i’ve been if not the best, people are super friendly. i’ve personally gotten tips of proper posture, different types of workouts etc. clean gym and friendly staff. definitely would recommend

I started a hip-hop exercise class @ The Gym Fitness Center! It was so much fun! I've searched for a class like this for a long time and finally found what I was looking for! High energy & intense burn! Plus the instructor Feo was awesome!

Its a great gym with a lot of equipment. All of the good gyms cost a little more but this was one of the best ones, plus they had a really good deal for college students and that helped me out a lot.

Everyone is very nice and welcoming when you walk in. I also really appreciate how clean everything is. The yoga studio is beautiful and Amy is a wonderful teacher who offers different classes throughout the week.

The Gym is a great place to workout. It is always clean, professional and inviting. I've been to other gyms that make you feel intimidated by staff and clients but that is not the case at The Gym

If trained all over the US and this place is one of the best great selection of equipment and tons of weights. It has a great flow and a even better atmosphere. If your serious about getting fit or just staying in shape this place is hands down the best in the flint area and we'll worth the monthly fee. I highly recommend it! Ask for Vinnie hes the man.

Excellent , clean facility !!!!! Great environment to work out and staff is very helpful. They have all the equipment needed for powerlifting. Highly recommend this gym.

I love this gym, was here for the holiday and was able to get a guest pass for a week! I really wish I would’ve been given an update about your NYE and New Years Day hours or I wouldn’t have paid for a week and just for the two days it was available for me to go.
