Good gym but b👌🏻be mindful of signing any 20 pager contracts. I enrolled for one month training program and liked the training so I extended it for other three months. Upon requesting not to continue after three months I was yet to charge for fourth month and told dad that I required to intimate a month prior whereas this was the verbal communication I had that I only wanted it for three months. Not sure if it is fair, but trying to ask if they can adjust that money and leave it on you to guess if it was possible or not

The transition to the new app could have been more professionally organized. Blocking access to the gym for individuals at the front desk due to the old barcode issue seems counterproductive. When I inquired about it at the front desk, the response was, "Yeah, I know," which felt senseless……Whole transition is a big thumbs down. Poor execution.

I love the friendly, happy atmosphere, quantity and quality of equipment and most of all, the childcare.I drive 30 minutes (and past about 6 other gyms) to bring my kids here for my workouts.

Good gym for the price point for a family, but is a less compelling price for individuals. I like most of the equipment, it's usually clean, and not too much waiting outside of peak times. I really wish they were open later on weekends, but I understand there may not be enough members during those times to make it worth the cost of staying open.

We are visiting from out of town. I wanted to take my disabled daughter swimming. I called beforehand to make sure the pool was open. A super friendly young man was very helpful and let me know that it was open and for a reasonable fee of $25 for me and $10 for my daughter I could absolutely take her swimming.The front desk girl was equally as friendly and helpful in filling out the waiver. Easy peasy.The gym was spacious and very clean. But best of all, for my disabled daughter in a wheelchair, everything was well marked and easy to navigate. Two handicap bathroom stalls. One large shower with a bench and two private dressing areas. The counters were perfect height. It was easy to maneuver her wheelchair through the locker room and through the gym to the pool. A large lap pool, a hot tub and two separate recreational pools were outside. Lots of choices! And while it was early November, the kid's water park looked super fun for summertime!A great experience from the disability perspective. From the first phone call to exit. Highly recommend this gym!

One of the better ones and cleaner calfit I have been to. I have been a member for many years and like going there.One thing I like is they close off one section around 5:30 or so for an hour or more for paid classes, and recently they added more machines bur as a result reduced floor space for people who want to work on the yoga mat

Been a member for almost 30 years and I love the gym, but they are not staying on top of the equipment, to make sure it is working properly, just pretty typical of service you get today, just enough to get by, the staff is really good and friendly, they just have to apologize about anything that is out of their hands.

First of all I love this place. This is my local gym and me and my kids enjoy it here a lot. The staff are respectful and the training devices are clean. I would say though you guys should clean your pools for any moss. especially in the big pool and the spa. Still love this place and there is no better Family Fitness I have went to! :) will give this a 5 just please improve the pools.

I wish I lived in the area so I could frequent this gym more often. This is a beautiful two-story fitness facility with a huge pool and even a barbecue area where you can eat lunch and do pull ups. The entire facility was very clean and I don’t think I saw one piece of equipment that was, broken or being fixed anywhere. They have basketball, racquetball, a kids club, and a pretty large and spacious locker room. I also really appreciated the large number of hand sanitizing dispensers in the facility.

I’ve been a CalFit member for over 8 years now. I originally went to another one of their smaller gyms then when I relocated and bought my house near Folsom. I started to attend the Folsom location around 3 years ago.Now CalFit has somewhere around 15-20 locations throughout the greater Sacramento area and I’ve been to a majority of them but the Folsom one is BY FAR the best.Everything from 4 separate areas to do any type of cardio, multiple weight rooms, every machine imaginable times 3 or 4 literally, every type of class imaginable, pool, swimming lessons for the kids or pool in general to just cool off, full size locker rooms w/ sauna’s, 2 NBA sized basketball courts, TRX, and some of the nicest staff to accommodate all your needs.Oh and it’s all on two floors!!!There’s no beating this gym been working out for over 15 years and been to a lot of gyms and safe to say I’ll never go to another one.The Best Part I absolutely love about this gym is the fact it’s so Massive even when it’s busy and there’s ppl here it never once feels overcrowded as there’s so much area and if someone is using a machine you’re wanting to use don’t worry there’s like 3 others as well to use so no having to work in!
