you can’t play basketball during the most important time of the day because they run youth basketball practice from 5:30pm to 8:30pm taking up the courts. Seems weird they can’t accommodate members with at least one half court so we can play after a long day of work.By the time they clear out it’s already to late to play.

The cleanest 24 hour fitness I have visited. All equipment is working. When I visit the Sac area, I almost always work out at this facility.

This location is a little gross tbh. Compared to other locations it's run down and visibly dirty. That being said, the lap pool is open 24 hours a day. Staff have told me the steam room is closed after 11, but I have never seen it closed.

The only reason I can't give this gym 5 stars is because of the restroom. 9/10 times the toilets are out of order or clogged up. I'm not sure if its the kids or irresponsible adults but they need to do something to maintain the restrooms daily. Besides that the staff is friendly and the weights/machines are great. Depending on how it goes I might switch locations or cancel altogether

This place has really gone downhill the machines are so old and disgusting. Don’t think it ever gets cleaned but the company. So many machines are broken and outdated. Sad to see the quality of this place go.

I quit 24 Hour Fitness today and forever. I returned to the gym in Folsom California after a Covid hiatus and recovery from a couple of surgeries to find the gym has been woefully neglected and unkept. The locker room, sauna, and steam room are disgustingly filthy and any upstanding health department's Christmas present. Shame on you 24 Hour Fitness your customers deserve better. I also see a template response here to multiple complaints for similar issues which shows me you don't really care... Sad indeed.

This place is filthy, and machines are always broken and it takes weeks if not months to fix and a lot of these fixes seem like relatively simple repairs.
