I’ve trained with Andrew many times at open mats and he has always been a great training partner and always gave me some good details on what I could work on (because he always submitted me) and explained then very well. If I was in the area I would definitely train with him.

I moved here from Jordan about 3 years ago looking for some top notch jiu jitsu. I’ve been doing jiu jitsu for 11 years now and I have never seen anyone as intelligent in this sport. If you want to be the best you gotta learn from the best and I can tell you Andrew is one of the best out there.

I've been on the mats with Andrew Kerfoot for about 5 years now. Not only is he a very technical bjj practitioner but he is also a great instructor. He is able to break down complicated, multi-step techniques in a way that anyone can digest and learn. I've learned many BJJ concepts and principles from Andrew that I still use on the mats today.

Andrew is one of those people who eats, sleeps, and breaths bjj. I've trained at a number of schools in a variety of different martial arts and even after a few years training with Andrew I am still amazed with what he has to offer. Whether you are brand new to martial arts or have been doing jiu jitsu for years you will be very happy with Nexus Jiu Jitsu.
