This gym may look small from the outside but its huge inside and they've used the space amazingly. They got pool, dry and steam saunas, lockers. Heated yoga studio, aerobics studio, spinning studio, small movie theater while you bicycle or treadmill, it's very complete. New machines !

It's always crowded here... hard to find parking and always waiting on a turn to use equipment. Aldo... the lockers are too small.Otherwise I really love it.

The sales people say the gym is not that crowded but its impossible to work out here, there can be more than 300 people at once working out, plus many of them not wearing masks.the gym is beautiful but they oversell the space.

I would put a 5 star rating if they had enough seating in the locker rooms and the showers for handicapped people! But bringing this ti the atte of mngmnt it prob would not do good!! Its like you going to a fancy restautarnt and having you eating standing!! Where is the confort there! At leas5 rest have seatings available!

Good gym overall, I love it just HATE that it gets soooooo PACKED! It’s hard to get to certain equipment cuz people hogging them up. I had to get a 2nd gym membership at PF to use their equipment I can’t get too at Chuze. I wouldn’t get a gym membership here if you have social anxiety. They should open up more locations or extend their hours (would be more ideal)

The gym is a clean and friendly place. However at least once a month it unexpectedly closes down. Either the power gets shut off and they sent everyone home ( December 2020). Or like today (January 2021) you drive up and all of a sudden the whole parking lot is empty and the lights are shut off at the gym. And the only sign you see in front of the doors says “closed”.Last month th

It was great until too many people started flooding in and the staff got lax about policing their own rules. The circuit machines are literally impossible to do the workout because people just hog the machines. And anytime I say anything to the staff about it, they assume I’m just a busybody Karen and do nothing about it. They’re more concerned with cleaning because of Covid, even though the science for over a year has said surface transmission isn’t even a thing. Looking for a new gym where people actually respect other people’s time…

Super bad experience today at the gym walked in to cancel my membershipThe supervisor had informed me about the $50 cancellation fee. But when I had signed up I had the store manager signed me up and I had let them know about my situation and if I can come in and cancel any day for free!!! they had informed me with the wrong information and the guy at the desk didn’t know what to do or accommodate me with anything and give me their store number which was no good. they don’t have no one else to call because they are “family owed” Super disappointed customer!!!!!!!!informing me with the wrong information after I had asked an conform with them about any cancelations fees. They need to work on their management and work on having their full staff knowledgeable.

Personally love the fact that we’re able to breathe during our workouts, thank you chuze for allowing our bodies to get the maximum benefit with allowing us to breathe properly. This gym is always clean and has amazing service is always provided by the employees, truly feel at home

Great gym, has plenty of machines I really like the movie room that’s a great way to make the time go by fast and get a great workout! If you get the more membership you can attend the team training which is awesome 👏 definitely worth it!! Sam is a great trainer,I like how he gives alternate workouts for beginners! …
