A gripe... in the shower area, there are temporary changing rooms provided... very handy, and until recently, there was a simple chair provided.They have been removed it seems.As I get closer to my impending senility, I find I don't have the same balance as when I was merely old vs ancient... I liked having the comfort and SAFETY of the chair.Great place otherwise... clean, friendly and very well fitted with everything a modern gym needs ... and stuff I don't even recognize...

Lady Manager that works evening shift is creating a negative image for what is supposed to be a “judgement free environment”, note to employees; it is not the guest’s fault that you do not like your job.

The dirtiest planet fitness I have ever been too. Toilet paper all over the bathroom floors no toilet paper or seat covers. The showers look disgusting. I travel round the country and by far the dirtiest location I have ever seen . Nobody seems to care

Very veryyyy!! Bad customer service i come from far away from home (Texas) and staff here on night shift women and men in charge at front desk were being very rude and would not let my guest in because i was not present, and being very judgemental meaning that iam supposed to do workout in order for us to use the showers. I pay my black member card for a reason and those black memeber benefits are not being provided to me.

It was busy but was clean

The woman up front are rude place is always dirty they can have a handful of staff and they just stand in the front giving faces not doing anything but gossiping place needs new management

This particular location has horrible service's for the (Men's Restroom) wash skins hardly work correctly, just one works well the rest are bad. Stalls are mostly dirty, Showers are always breaking Plus dirty with any hardly cleaning to them.This has bee going on since I been going for about a year. Most likely has been happing before I started here. Once my contract is up, will be canceling my member ship. Will not recommend this gym!Also, (regardless how the manager or district manager? Try's to justify this? There is no excuse for this type of services that keeps on going on/happing!!!) In the men's restroom.......

I started going here because I'm new to the area and didn't wanna do the drive to my usual PFBiggest mistakeThe girl in the front NANCY was talking to the supposedly AM?! They were gossiping and ignoring members and over all when you come in the vibes are hostile. I'll just do the drive because they're attitude was not it.
