My wife and I have made a healthy choice to go to the gym and get back into shape for the right reasons.The problem that we have is per their rules not to hang around the exercise equipment and text message, go on Facebook or Instagram or whatever social media.And or use the equipment 1 time and sit there and not do anything or a group of people get in a circle and stick the middle finger and hog up a machine and take a picture.An employee walks by and does not do a damn thing just walks by not say anything to them. I can count several times this happened. There is no respect for those like myself and my wife who are there to get a workout and make a healthier choice because it's our health that is on the line. So that's what happens and the staff does not care if they do this.

They need to replace maybe two or three machines but aside from that I love this gym, it’s clean, has a nice look and has a theater

I've tried all the gyms in the area and this one's the best. They take their gym serious and don't serve free pizza and bagels.Consistent cleanliness and friendly staff. There's a reason why it does get busy during afternoons/evenings.When equipment malfunctions or fails it's only a day or two before its' back up and running. If that's the only downside I can speak of it's great compared to other gyms in the area.

Signed up with my son , after retiring from the fire service, I get to spend time with my son and stay in shape , and it helps me rehab all my injuries after 28 years in the fire service.

It was clean, they have good machines. But, it is too small. Therefore, it does get pretty packed.

Michael The supervisor didn’t let me in I had to interrupt my brother in his training to be able to enter what more system if all the time he greets me now he doesn’t recognize me oh he doesn’t know who I Amy It’s not the first time I’m going. I’ve been going to the gym for 3 years
