Board30 is one of my favorite ways to workout! The use of resistance bands and light weights really gives you that all “all-in-one” workout when combined with the cardio in each class. On top of that, Theresa, the owner, is quite simply the SWEETEST. Give a class a try. You will not be disappointed.

Starting my 3rd year with Board30! I absolutely love the workouts; I have done it all, tried all sorts of studios and classes, but nothing compres to the board!! Theresa, the owner, is the absolute best. So grateful to have this studio in FoCo✨

This is the most awesome full body workout. Both cardio and strength gets you pumped! All the instructors are so knowledgeable and individually help you with your form and movement. I can't say enough good things about this workout!!

This workout can be as intense or low key as you need any day. Each instructor does things a little bit different and each day they switch it up--I never get bored. All of the instructors really pay attention to your form and tune you up where you need a correction. This isn't a big box gym. It's a small studio with a friendly atmosphere. Owner, instructors and members are all fun to be around. Your workout goes by quickly! I highy recommend that anyone check it out!

Absolutely kicks butt! Don’t be deceived by how easy it looks. It hits all body parts from different angles and is unparalleled by any workout I have ever done. You will be completely spent in a very short time. Extremely effective and efficient. Will be back again and again. Many thanks Theresa!!

I attended the 8:30 Saturday class with Theresa and I had a blast. I'll be honest it made me sweat, but the beauty of resistance training is the ability to go at your own pace and still be challenged. Overall, I had a fun morning and have already signed up for 5 more classes. I highly recommend these sessions to anyone looking for a new group fitness class to help you meet your fitness goals.

Theresa is a very knowledgeable and an experienced fitness instructor. Her directions to a newbie were clear and easy to understand. The workout itself Is a godsend to an injured and out of shape former athlete. The bands used make this workout completely customizable to your fitness and ability level. People are friendly and the space is beautiful with convenient parking across the street. Can't wait for my day two!

The DaVinci workout provides an incredible combination of strength, flexibility and cardio that provides effective cross training for all of my sports. Not only is the work out excellent, but Theresa and her incredible staff provide a welcoming environment that is a lot of fun, even when you are getting your butt kicked. Weird, I know, but there it is. Don't miss this.
