I am so disappointed in this business & their lack of customer service. I canceled my membership and months later they quietly started charging me again (I see another reviewer with a similar complaint). I have left messages for the owner and have received no response. This leaves me feeling like they find success with shady business practices and that's just not okay.Beware of this place, the Hotel California of Pilates studios- you can sign up, but they won't let you leave.

I never received my refund for my last month of class. After I asked that my membership be cancelled I continued to be charged. Getting a partial refund took many phone calls. The owner, Stephanie NEVER called me back. (all i could do was leave messages) I never did get a complete refund and gave up. I find it so disrespectful for a business owner to not return calls.

It’s impossible to cancel a membership! No one will respond to emails or voicemails. Pablo is awesome, but they need to figure out how to manage their customers...
