This was the best gym I've ever gone to. I got in much better shape while I was here and I loved every second of it. I felt like part of the community on day 1. There are also a lot of events put on by the owners so that folks who routinely go at different times can meet each other. The equipment and the space is always well taken care of and the programming is challenging, fun, and effective. All the coaches are knowledgeable, have their own unique strengths, are frickin' cool and are just great people. The owner loves to make sick shirts if you're into cool gym swag. It's just an all around great place to be.

This has been my home for the past 2 years. The DNR Hooligans are my family. I can’t thank the Knapp brothers enough for building such an amazing community and what they have done for me as far as building strength, confidence, and love for the sport. These coaches are serious about your health and will show this by carefully monitoring your form and instilling confidence in yourself to perform lifts correctly. No matter your background or how long you have done Crossfit, they will be able to make you even better.
