This is the best workout I have done! The instructors are amazing, the studio is well designed and clean, and the community is great! I always look forward to coming here. They offer great modifications and every class is challenging. So glad I found FIT5!

Fit5 is the best work out that I have ever done. The best part is that it only takes 45 min and after I feel great. It's low impact and you see results very quickly.

Lagree has been the best overall full body workout I’ve ever done. It has helped strengthen my core which helps ease pain from my back issues. I’m currently using it to help stay strong and fit during my pregnancy! Love the instructors and the whole Fit5 family!

One of the hardest, but most satisfying workouts you'll ever do! Plus, the instructors are wonderful! They take the time to show you how to perform each movement with proper alignment and give you modifications if you need them. Highly recommend coming here!!

I've been going twice a week for 4 months. Last weekend I skied 2ft of powder for two days and could not believe how strong my legs are. My husband said he could hardly keep up with me, and we ski hard terrain. Being able to maintain my skiing ability as I age is the thing that gets me out of bed to go to this freakin hard class!
