Been a member for many years but this is first time I’m working with a trainer. Connected with Haley R. She’s helping me learn about weight room equipment and overcome my concerns about lifting heavier weights. I had a couple scheduling issues and she worked around those for me. I’m learning a lot from her! Very efficient with our time which is a huge plus for me. Gym itself had a nice update a few years back. They could still update some cardio machines. Happy to be back at this gym!

The equipments and facilities remain same and one should be insane to spend $117 dollars monthly for this club. It was $63 few months back and they keep increasing prices for no reason, whereas others clubs in Fort Collins give for about $10 monthly-24 Hour for example.

Great yoga classes. Dance Friday nights. Barr class is great. Use the sauna. Pool is excelent. People at the front are very nice

Nice staff and big facilities! I really appreciate the manager and front desk staff being so understanding and helpful since I was a first time visitor. There are a lot of squat racks and space.

Love this gym it's top notch I don't know the guy's at the front desk name but they are really respectful to everyone always smiling I will definitely becoming back gym basketball pool good and clean locker rooms
