Genesis Health Clubs - Fort Collins Club

I am so impressed with all of the upgrades, amenities, and design work that has been done with this club!The staff are wonderful and kind - I am here visiting my mom for the month of July and they were able to work with her to secure an affordable, temporary pass for me and my 9-year-old daughter. I grew up in Fort Collins and I love that even though this isn’t the “Fort Collins Club” anymore, it’s a better version of itself.Thanks to everyone who has kept this facility so well-maintained and clean, to the owners and leaders for hiring and training such wonderful staff, and the patrons for being respectful and polite. This club is a gift!

I have been a member at this gym for 2 years now and love every bit of it. Equipment is well maintained and always very clean. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. It doesn’t hurt either that they offer amazing personal training classes as well as have a nice little smoothie bar with tons of great healthy snack options. Can’t say enough about how awesome this gym is!

Clean, well maintained place with friendly personnel. I enjoy indoor lap swim, racquetball, and the large variety of machines and weights. The indoor basketball court, track, and ping pong tables are nice too. Plenty of ways to get a good workout here followed with a nice dip in the hot tub and clean updated showers.

I signed up for a free three-day pass and met a friend here to swim laps. It was a great experience -- the pool was quiet and comfortable, the jacuzzi felt great afterwards and the locker rooms and showers were clean and organized. I'd definitely recommend this gym to any locals looking for a place to workout!

I recently joined Genesis and started with a personal trainer right away and I have to say the experience has been way better than I was expecting! I hadn’t been working out for a long time but Zach helped me get comfortable going to a gym again. He’s so patient with me and explains the reason behind everything we do. I’m so happy that I was matched up with Zach for a trainer! Because of him I’m feeling really confident to work out on my own. I also love that they have a steam room and sauna, and the staff at the front desk are always so friendly!

Update:Lisa reached out and while a refund wasn't offered, additional months membership without obligation was provided. I appreciate the management working with me to understand my issues. I have adjusted my review. Also Molly was very helpful and professional at South.Do you want a business that is not flexible? Genesis is for you. Working out with a mask didn't work for me or my family. WE tried to cancel. told we could go on a freeze so that our already paid dues wouldn't be wasted. Was not notified that our freeze is over. got charged, didn't know we were members again, and then have to pay the following month too, because there is a 30 day cancellation notice required. So that is now 3 months of being a member, but never stepping foot into the facility. at $129 a month, that is nearly $400 "donated"."Sorry that happened", is the response. Not that sorry, it has been completely without your own business control. It's too bad that money wasn't donated to a good cause.

I joined Genesis (prospect location) based on a recommendation from a friend and I've been delighted with my experience so far. Every team member has gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and communication. I was specifically working with D'Marcos and Zach who have been extremely helpful and flexible to ensure I was set up with everything I needed to get the full Genesis experience. The facility itself is great, and you get so much for what you pay. The most affordable and friendly gym I've ever been a member of.

This is the best gym in town. I have been to the other clubs, and many of the other gyms, and Fort Collins Club has the edge on them all. The new renovations were a game-changer, adding a much cleaner, updated feeling to everything (particularly the locker room). It has everything you want in a club and more. It even serves food and has a bar!

The club is under new management and in the process of training new employees. The front desk staff seem overwhelmed at times and they can be short with members. As times goes on they will be more comfortable interacting with us and I look forward to when the level of hospitality is on par with what we received from the old Fort Collins Club staff.Keep up the good work. The face lift looks great, the new lockers room were a much needed improvement, and thanks for making the sauna bigger!

I am super impressed with Genesis. First I'll say the club looks amazing with all the new updates. Second, the folks operating the front desk are always helpful and have a smile on their face!On another note, we signed up for the new member training. Our first day was spent with Colby, he is so nice and fun to be around. He did a great job fitting us a personal trainer.We signed up for a personal training package with Zach F. and I just can't say enough awesome things about him! His communication before/during/after the sessions is just great! We felt like Zach really cared about how we progressed and made sure we were happy with the style of training while at the same time keeping his plan and being able to explain all the technical details to my husband.
