Such a warm, safe, and healthy environment focused on building your body up instead of breaking it down! (also the lavender-scented cold towel supplied after class is just the absolute cherry on top!)

HARDCORE CLIMBING!I recently took a Climbing class with Grit and it kicked my a$$! I was drenched in sweat and definitely felt the results of the workout for a few days afterward.The energy is awesome, my instructor was amazing, and I could imagine that with consistency and effort .. this place will transform your body and mind!As an extremely active guy and in decent shape, I’d highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a challenge and looking to get in shape.The only caveat is that there might be a slight learning curve to the “CLMBR” machine and your form. However, that’s expected with anything that you try for the first time.

I took my first classes at GRIT this morning and it was amazing. I started with the 8am CLIMB class with Kaylen and while it took my body a couple of minutes to find the right form, I quickly caught on and had an awesome workout. I finished the 20 minute workout drenched in sweat while also feeling like my body put in one of the best exercises it has in a long time. I followed that up with a 45 min Shake class with Alyssa. I can tell you that my body isn’t flexible at all and it took me a few minutes to train my mind and body to do each exercise. However Alyssa was patient and a great teacher and as I got a few minutes into class, I was ready to go for the remaining time. If you’re looking for a workout that you know will make a difference on your entire body, I highly recommend checking out GRIT. You’ll love every minute of it!
