After hearing about the aerial and acro yoga classes from an instructor at another studio, I decided to try the 2 week trial for $30. Being who I am, I was determined to try as many classes as possible with my free trail. From the moment I walked in the door the staff were warm, happy and welcoming. The classes are diverse and each practitioner brings a unique set of gifts and talents to their specific classes.I quickly became friends with several instructors in a very short time. The many like minded, open and caring people are just what I have been searching for for a long time. This studio is now a key part of my life and home for me.Since I have joined the community I have participated in the Bali yoga retreat, a journey breathwork workshop, and mountains of Arco, aerial, and infrared therapeutic yoga classes. All amazing. All to be repeated.I have also recently begun the Journeywork/Reiki energetic practitioner mentoring program to begin to learn how to take much of what I am learning and experiencing into the community as a practitioner myself. This place is wonderful and incredible. I love the community of people that have become part of my family.Thank you LBL! Love you all.

After my second lower back surgery two years ago, I met Kate, we talked in depth about what they did with my back, and how a specialized yoga therapy could help with my back by increasing my core strength. We started slowly and carefully based on my issues. Two years later, I'm doing aerial yoga, inverting in silks and feeling much stronger and confident about my back. All the ppl here are great. I've taken privates from Kate and others. They talk so each one knows my situation before training. I've referred many to come here, my wife for one. She has been going almost two years as well. I'm so greatful to have met this amazing group of people!

I often get a sore neck after sleeping wrong the night before. Josh helped me locate the specific muscles that were bothering me, and I've been able to fix the problem myself ever since.

I came to Live Beyond Limit after spending almost two years cycling through various western medicine treatments and therapy's, for injuries I sustained in a car accident. After two months at LBL I am staring to feel huge improvements! Kate has really helped me settle back in to my skin and reconnect my mind with my body. Some of my injuries are lifelong ordeals, in my sessions with Kate I am receiving the tools I need to continue to get better and to maintain a healthy life.I think the toolbox you build with LBL is what really sets them apart from other practices, I now know that I am capable of mending myself, and that is huge.

We had a big trip to Colorado and Wyoming planned. The trip was to include hiking and sight-seeing. We flew into Denver and spent Wednesday and Thursday in the Boulder area. We hiked for a few hours on Thursday. By the time we got to Fort Collins, my already injured right foot was throbbing.I knew about Live Beyond Limit and was planning on checking it out but now I really needed help. My husband and I wanted to see the studio and massage therapy rooms. The place is lovely and serene. We were unable to go into the studio itself because a class was going on but, the whole space creates a peaceful feeling conducive to personal growth. We had hoped to participate in Kate's Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga class later that day. Instruction and equipment rental for only $35 for an hour and a half class. But, my foot was complaining so Kate helped me evalutate my current treatment plan. We decided to forego the class this time around. She spent time evaluating my walk and how I was doing my previously prescribed physical therapy exercises. After observing and evaluating, she showed me little adjustments to make my current regime more effective. She also showed me new stretches and breathing techniques to help me.Kate's philosophy is holistic and healing. She is also extremely knowledgeable. I am an RN, so I appreciate her command of anatomy and physiology. She also practices what she promotes as evidenced by the ease at which she performs the yoga positions she teaches.I wish I lived near Fort Collins! I would attend classes here every week.
