Private session. Yoga Nidra with instructor Hannah. I would highly recommend for stress reduction. She blended restorative Yoga with my request for Yoga Nidra perfectly. She effortlessly guided me through this wonderful session. Experience it for yourself!

I would warn against labeling a hot holds class as a vinyasa class. For clients who don’t go to your studio this can be misleading as they are very different practices.I am an instructor from NC, so it may just be regional, however; I just wanted to share so that you might have the insight for clients who are not regulars.

Awesome yoga studio. All of the instructors push you but not too the limit where you feel pain. They do corrections which is very helpful to a novice like me.

I've given this studio three chances, with two different instructors. Extremely dry classes, nothing exciting about the dialogue or flow. And often a lack of flow at all or creativity. Far too small of a facility, class and hallway for lockers are extremely crowded. Class is crowded to the point you're worried about hitting your neighbor while practicing.

My Experience at Meraki was great! The small class sizes allowed for personalized teaching. Would recommend them to anyone!

Best yoga studio in town. I’ve tried a few of the others but always come back to Meraki Yoga. Teachers tend to come and go but Meraki’s consistency comes from the care the owners put into both the studio’s atmosphere and their choice of which teachers to work with.
