Fantastic locally owned gym! The coaches and support staff are friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Josh and Kristin have fostered a sense of community at OTAC that is both inspiring and supportive.

The OTAC Gym and CrossFit community is one of the most compassionate, uplifting, fierce, and supportive fitness communities I have had the fortune of being a part of.OTAC is more than a space to pick up heavy things and put them down. OTAC is a place of greatness. Great location and facility. Great strength and support. Great people and community. Most notable: the amazing number of women who come together every day, the predominantly women-led coaching, and the incredible regard in which we are held and in which we hold one another."The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members." – Coretta Scott King

The worst gym I’ve ever been to. The owner was real responsive when we were signing up for membership then totally ignored my multiple emails about not being able to login to the “24/7” app. This gym is definitely not 24/7 as you aren’t supposed to go during the classes (though i saw multiple men exercising in the area and on the rig while classes where going on but nothing was ever said to them). It was like pulling teeth to get a response from the owner including about cancelling the membership and getting a refund. The owner also charged us for a full month erroneously 9 days after charging us the first time. My husband got a prompt response when i asked him to step in. Seems like men are favored in this gym. The owner didn’t even apologize when all of this was brought to his attention. For being locally owned, you really just feel like a number on a scan card. If you want coaches that actually coach, go to CF DNR. This place is not worth the headache.
