These trainers change lives! I started over 9 years ago. I took a break and returned last year realizing the impact these trainers have in our lives. Realizing that we invest in so many areas of our lives and should never cut off our investments in our health. Highly recommend no matter where your at in your fitness or in life’s journey.

I never could motivate myself to do enough at the gym to see the results that I wanted at age 38. Red Square has done that for me in both one on one and group training classes. My husband has been a member for 4 years and he lost 17 lbs and I lost 4 lbs in the first 3 months! This gym is the place for all ages.

I lost 15lbs in 4 weeks by going to the Red Square classes 3 times a week and following the meal plan. Tahir is of world class knowledge and helped me over the plateau I was stuck on. His workouts are sophisticatedly planned out and are very fun. Denys is an excellent trainer as well and the gym is very enjoyable, especially with the small classes.
