Please wipe down the machines you and your clients use in the gym. It’s great having you guys and your clients in the gym and you guys do good work, but it is a shared gym and all the regulars are attentive to wiping down and I’d hope that from those of you who work there too.

What I enjoy most about working with Valerie at Tundra Fitness is how committed she is to my continued growth. She pushes me to be better in a way that feels safe.My knee never fully rehabbed after ACL surgery and I was tired of having pain when doing simple things… like get up off the floor or go for a walk. I needed help to improve strength in my knees.A friend of mine who trains with Logan recommended Tundra to me.I’ve trained with Valerie from Tundra for 10 weeks thus far…the strength in my knee has dramatically improved, my confidence and trust in my knee when doing active things is so much better and my knee feels stable again!I highly recommend training with Logan or Valerie from Tundra Fitness!!

Logan has trained me for a year. I started out with balance issues and a loss of muscle from celiac. He has guided, encouraged and challenged me weekly to reach set goals.
