I have been working out at Riptide since I moved to Fort Lauderdale and have had no complaints. The flexible schedule of classes are great for working professionals. Smaller class sizes allow for one on one time with the trainer if desired and Rob is very good at recognizing varying experience levels and modifying workouts. I would recommend it to anybody regardless of skill level.
