Riptide CrossFit

I just completed my second class and I am hooked. Being out of shape, most gyms are intimidating and tend to feel judgmental. I also have a hard time motivating myself with home workouts

Riptide has changed my mothers life tremendously. She has more energy, she is healthy and she is glowing telling us about her workouts. It’s like her 2nd family♥️

Everyone is so motivating and encouraging! Hands down best workouts I’ve ever had, and each work out is different, challenging and exciting! I highly recommend checking them out, you won't regret it!

I’m new to CrossFit and was worried I wouldn’t fit in. This Riptide coaches and members are super welcoming and friendly! Now my husband and I come together and are enjoying the workouts as we get better and better at them ! Coaches Nate and JT are awesome

While I am not a member of this box, I had the great pleasure of being coached by the the owner, Santi, at a CrossFit Level 1 coaching course. He was an awesome instructor/coach, as part of an outstanding team of coaches. You are lucky if you are at Riptide with Santi at the helm. Also, the CrossFit L1 course is a great way to up your game even if you are not coach material (and especially if you are).

As a fellow box owner, I had a great time dropping in. Coaches have incredible experience and foster an encouraging environment. I have no doubt the team at Riptide will help you achieve your fitness goals. If you live or work in the area, this is where you want to be.

I love Riptide! I was intimidated to try CrossFit but I soon found out there was nothing to be afraid of. The coaches are amazing and the community is very supportive. I have so much fun each time I go to class and I am learning a lot! 10/10 recommend for anyone, of any level!

I recently moved to Fort Lauderdale and wanted to find a gym that would feed my competitive nature but that also had a sense of camaraderie- I found Riptide and it exceeded my expectations. I appreciate how inclusive it is; there are many different skill levels but the workouts can be modified to everyone’s unique ability. The coaches are clearly very trained and knowledgeable and are quick to help. If you’re looking to get in shape and/or try a different workout style, check out Riptide!

This place turned into my second home literally after my first class.
