My husband and I had an incredible experience training with Sam! He is nonjudgmental, encouraging, friendly, and very knowledgeable about his craft. I appreciate his style of training because I’m the kind of person who walked through the doors of the gym intimidated and not knowing that “cattle bells” (aka kettlebells) existed outside of the farm. He works with you and encourages you every step of the way to achieve your fitness goals.

This is literally my favorite gym to workout at! It’s such a good environment and it everyone here is super welcoming and nice specially Shemar and Dache! I would totally recommend this place to workout at!

Sam was the everything my muscles needed. He is slowly turning me into the peak physical specimen. After only a few sessions men have started crossing the street in fear. Women have glanced regularly in my direction. All jokes aside. I feel better about myself mentally and physically.

I've been a member for about a month now and love the gym! Everyone is welcoming and friendly. So much to offer and the tanning bed are a plus! Kids Fun Zone is perfect to drop my kid off to work out. The ladies in there are amazing! Overall great gym!

I’ve never had a remotely negative experience from being at 10GYM. The staff are very welcoming and I find myself walking in and out with a smile every time. Compared to other gyms I’ve been to I definitely favor the equipment and overall atmosphere that 10GYM provides especially for its price. I wish I knew the staff’s names better but Austin specifically has always been super nice and friendly.
