Absolutely horrible. Have been attempting to cancel membership for 3 months now and still getting charged. Have left messages, written cancellations, notices on office door, emailed via link on website. No one is ever there during staffed hours. They owe me nearly $200 and counting. They have zero communication. Attached is a photo of office door. Clearly I am not the only one having problems with them.Run away as fast as you can from this gym!!!!

DO NOT recommend. No one is ever there and no one ever answers the phone. Corporate is no help and other locations are no help, because all gyms are independently owned. I’ve had billing issues and two fobs that quit working and no one to help fix the issues or answers billing questions. The gym itself is a complete disaster because no one is ever there to clean or maintain facility. If I would give zero stars I would.

Went to look at the gym, and ask about a membership. Gym look very good but I changed my mind at the last moment but I was told I was not allowed to personally Mark out or keep my personal information(address, driver's license number, and SSN). I called to speak to the owner and it was the same person I spoke with at the gym,Ty, he was very combative when I express concern with the manner in which he disposed of my application into a small trash can beneath his desk. If your personal information is important to you I would suggest you avoid doing business with this location.

This is a great place all around. The equipment is brand new with a large variety to choose from. It is by far the cleanest gym I’ve ever been in. Individual shower/bathrooms makes for the privacy most gyms don’t have. Tye and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
