The workouts are okay, everything else is terrible. The 16-week program is actually a contract for a much longer commitment. I feel like information was intentionally left out. I signed up without being aware whatsoever that I had a long term commitment. In general, the atmosphere is very unprofessional. Chase complained multiple times about other trainers, belittling them behind their back. The bathroom smelled like death. Overall, everything just left a really bad taste in my mouth and I would never work out there again.

Great workout every day. You will be pushed and encouraged but never bullied. So much positivity from everyone and absolutely no judgement. I am in the best shape of my life right now. The price per month for what you get compared to other similar places can't be beat.

Chance the owner was amazing he stayed with all of us and encouraged all of us as we worked out.This place is so positive.the owner helps you and the people that come in are nice and welcoming,and when I walked out I knew I was going to keep coming back.ty so much.

I would absolutely advise nobody signs a contract with this gym. It has cost me 720 dollars and a significant drop in my, what used to be outstanding, credit. I was sent to collections despite doctor documentation to cease activity secondary to a fracture. No attempt to notify me of need for further information was done. So disappointed.

Do not sign a contract. I have requested this be cancelled several times in writing. Still they are taking money two years later.

Great place to train and get in shape! Chance and the staff here are awesome and go above and beyond to make sure they’re customers get the results they are looking for. You won’t find a better place in Ft Smith. Check them out and I promise you’ll be glad you did.

Been to most of the gyms around here and never got the motivation or results that I got from Shodown MMA. The coaches will work with you to help you meet your goals. They are very caring and for that I love this place! Thank you Shodown!

Great facility, great staff, this is a bare knuckle place. No frills, this is what I like in a gym. The staff seem to care about your results.

I signed a contract didn't get a copy. Good luck getting a phone call back. It's a run around after you have invested money. Liked the classes and trusted the staff. I'm thinking I didn't make a wise decision with a true business.

Happened to be traveling through Booneville and didn't want to miss out on training. I've been to facilities all over the country and I was particularly happy with how welcoming this gym was to a newcomer who had never visited their gym before. They were extremely friendly and let me drop right into their MMA class. For a small town this MMA program is legit! Very great experience, all in all. Definitely will be back, thanks Chance and Kayla for everything!
