The building is big, but it needs more space in the area where the weights are, and there are not enough weights. Parkview is better for me

Machines always in top condition. Staff is friendly and helpful (if you require it) Child watch is excellent. So many classes and activities! Really like the pools here. Very clean facility overall. What can i say? I love my home branch.

Staff is so genuinely kind and patient. Love to go hear with the family. I do wish they had an outdoor pool though.

I got my first YMCA membership here by recommendation from a friend and because of how close it is to my house. I've been in other Y's before in Fort Wayne but this is the one I like the most.

Love the place so far, but when there's a kid with a wet cough playing in the slide area, please come up with an excuse (just lie if you have to) to close the area right away.It's one thing to be an adult in the open weight room area and cover your cough while continuously wiping down equipment, but a young toddler coughing all over an enclosed slide in a play area with walls on all but one side and not being old enough to know to cover their cough while parent is watching and also coughing with no mask on is another thing.Not like we're in a pandemic or anything. This happened just around 5pm on jan 21.

JRL YMCA is one of my family's favorite places!! Great staff. Clean and safe environment. Lots of activities to be a part of. And just an all around great place to be connected to.

The space is quite enough and there is no enough machines. Sometimes you need to wait and look around for the equipments you looking for. The place is clean and neat. The pool is great and warm. But there’s no hot tub.. the staff are really helpful. Would be awesome if there was indoor soccer and volleyball fields.

Nice staff but is pretty low energy people that are there getting fit. Great for above 60 yr old crowd or just community people living nearby.

When they first open back up I was kind of skeptical how about how they were going to do the sanitation in Social distance but after going for 2 weeks now I'm extremely satisfied in the sanitation in the social distance part everyone that goes into the weight room or cardio room they have you get your own sanitation bottle. The atmosphere is always Pleasant
