I love the physical therapy team here. They are always welcoming and present to help. There are a few front desk members that are the same. Most of them don't even speak no greeting at all. A few times I've walked in and they turned and either walked away or just turned around to avoid me.

The YMCA has a good gym/track, nice employees, good swimming pool, and they have events you can sign up for and donations for good causes. They also have a daycare (Although I haven't even been inside of the daycare or used it'd services so I have no idea what it's like).

Family oriented, simple layout, friendly staff. I've been coming to this gym for years. It's super popular anymore. They definitely need to expand their building / free weight area. My kids love the classes offered, as well as the staff and the community altogether is priceless.

Great facility and great staff! There are a couple weight machines that I'd like to see added, but the Hammer Strength stuff they do have is awesome! The gym, track, and pool are always kept in great shape. The staff has always been friendly.

I’ve become to really enjoy this location. Over the past year getting really involved here has been a pleasure. The staff is amazing. I’ve gotten to know the ladies in childcare and they are really caring and communication is great. When my son had an accident they called me immediately and gave me options. They found a change of clothes for him and washed him up. Alena at the front desk is very helpful and so sweet. They really do everything to help. I’m appreciative!

Friendly staff. Good environment and a large variety of equipment. My wife and I come here regularly to use the indoor track and some of the equipment. They have lots of programs for the whole family though I'll admit I have not tried them but everyone I see doing them seems happy. Not usually over crowded and they can offer help with costs if you are going through a hardship. They have a program for the disabled called silver sneakers that allow you to go for free. My only real gripe is that I was told I got 2 free sessions with a trainer which was not accurate. I was two sessions with a life coach which I didn't really need but still helpful to some people. Also sometimes around the cold months they have the heat turned up too high and since the walking track is upstairs next to the heat ducts, it can get a bit unbearable to those who are sensitive to it. Overall though, our choice for working out and so far the best location we found yet if Ft Wayne.

Place is in good shape and kept clean, the staff is very nice. However the problem is the place is always busy in the weight room area with most of the equipment being used at all times. If they could add a few more machines or bench presses I would give 4 stars.

Jackson R. Lehman is one of our favorite YMCA's in Fort Wayne. They have an indoor splash pad, lap lanes, and warm water therapy pool. Their life guards are friendly and kind while still enforcing the rules. I bring my son and we always have the most incredible time. We are so grateful for their pool. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly as well. If this review is helpful to you, would please please click on the thumbs up to like it please?Thank you Jackson R. Lehman YMCA!!

Main use if for cable machines and they have a few, thankfully. Pool options aren't the biggest which I think was a fail on their end as we do not have a lot options on this side of town. Would love to see something like this in New Haven/Woodburn

It’s a nice place but I joined for the lap pool. If you are an adult working a 9-5 the times you can swim are very limited. After 5 they have swim teams and adult water classes and sometimes the one lap lane is actually open. I would often call in and check before I went to see if there was an available lap lane only to be told on arrival by a rather cranky lady. Of course the lap lanes are closed! Why didn’t you check the schedule. Basically if your are going with the intent of using the pool hopefully you don’t work days alr just want to do “aqua Zumba”.
