I have been very impressed with Rebecca’s knowledge of every muscle in your body and how to tailor a workout to meet your personal needs. I appreciate the variety of classes that are offered. I have enjoyed the MELT, reformer and Pilates mat classes. All of the instructors are well trained, friendly, and willing to offer adaptations to accommodate your ability.

I have been doing private and semi-private Reformer Pilates sessions with Rebecca Bell for a dozen years. This has helped me stay flexible and maintain a strong core.
