I dropped in to this location while visiting my son in the Ft Worth area. This is by far the friendliest and most accommodating ATF I've visited. I was warmly greeted (on the phone and in person) and felt right at home working out here. I was even able to bring my husband in to workout w/ me. We just had to buy a very affordable pass for him. We'll be back next time we're in town!P.s. ZERO cigar smell and I don't think it's fair to ding stars over something completely out of the owner's control. She didn't build the building. I've worked out at gyms next to fancy restaurants and pizza places and smells may sometimes linger, but I'd never complain about it or hold it against the facility I worked out at.

This is a nice anytime in a good area of Fort Worth. They have all of the desired equipment for all sorts of people and workouts. Unfortunately, there is a cigar shop next store and the entire gym smells like tobacco. It is so strong it will make me nauseous within minutes. Something has to be done about this because tobacco and exercise simply do not go together. This is a 5 star gym without this issue.

Used to use them at a different location. Tried to go here but wasn't open. Closed at least 2 hours early. Phone just goes straight to voice mail that's not set up. Has a qr sign up online but 1st the official website doesn't have links or notice that it's ok for the franchises to do that. Other issue is why sign up online when you have to have a key that I'm guessing won't be coming out of your computer anytime soon. Corporate should have taken over the other location that is closed on west side but looks like they'll be out of business soon. Just needed to know if it's month to month option is available or if my search will be continuing.
