Where do I start ! Gym evolution is legit they have every bar you can think of machines I’ve never even heard of and a few I have! People are beyond friendly atmosphere is great and the owner is on scene a good amount of the time.

I could go on and on about this facility to express how fortunate I was to find this gem (gym). 💪🏽 When you walk through the door, you’re greeted with an infectious smile by the owners themselves. This isn’t just a training facility, it’s a place for progress, encouragement and elevation. Unlike a lot of training facilities in the DFW metroplex, this gym caters to ALL fitness levels. I guarantee if you visit Gym Evolution, you will gain life long friends and leave a new member of the family.

If your looking for a gym that has top of they art equipment and unique machine that may look foreign to you this is the place to register, but do not worry there's always someone to reach out and ask for help if you're not sure . Furthermore they have some of the best coaches in the DFW. This gym value its member with open arms as an extending family. Also this is the only gym in the DFW that truly 24/7, 365 days of operations. which mean no days off nor excuse to start day 1.

i thank God that i found this gym. What a friendly atmosphere and everyone not afraid to share their knowledge and recipes, etc. Cant wait to get here eveyday-superpositive vibes from the owner and staff-makes you feel so welcomed.—not to mention how knowledgeable and willing to help at anytime.
