Great gym very clean has all the equipment you need to get a great workout in the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help me if I have any questions. Big plus is they have a shower so I can come before work and leave the gym ready to go!#rivereastfw

In all the 8 years of working out and going to different gyms I’ve finally found home at “Gym Evolution”. The outside part of the gym and the lighting has to be my favorite. All around a great vibe and everyone is so welcoming and happy.

If youre new to the area and looking for a local gym I recommend checking out this gym. I love that it is 24/7. All the equipment you need is there and their staff is super friendly. Im glad they give me the opportunity to improve myself everyday.

I was encouraged by a friend to come and work out with her trainer initially I was skeptical, as I had plenty of workout instructors in the past with my military background. There is a major problem with personal trainers: they try to overwork you until you are exhausted without taking into account the most efficient and effective results, be it strength, endurance, etc.Thats where I feel Gym Evolution is different I had the best workout I had in a long time. Randol (Owner/Trainer) is an expert in the fitness industry. My workouts were intense and always slightly outside of my comfort zone. I pushed harder than I normally would, but I never felt that it was too much. Consistently, I was taught and encouraged!I loved that the gym culture was that everyone was there to improve together regardless of their skill level.

This is by far the best gym in dfw! Everyone is friendly and helps to motivate you whether they know you or not. A hard-core gym that is cleaner than any gym out there!!!! This should be everyone's home gym. 10 out of 10 all day long!

Gym Evolution has become home to me, prior to this gym I had a horrible experience with personal training. I was reluctant to hiring another personal trainer, I decided to reach out to Randol 3 years later I’m still with him, I even entered my first NPC show. Randol guided me and till this day still mentors me. I was very fortunate to place 1st place in my first competition. We’re currently working on a new & improved package to bring to our next show. What I love most about gym evolution is the diversity and skill level. You have people who are starting their journey, people who are in prep to compete and people who just want to stay active, In conclusion Lily and Randol are not just friends they are now family, I hold these 2 and Cairo (son) near and dear to my heart. I have been rocking with the owner for 10 years now. Very professional atmosphere. Has everything you need in a workout. Very clean place. Well maintained equipment. Staff is pretty easy going. Will highly recommend for anyone serious about gaming a physical goal.

Family owned, great atmosphere, clean equipment, personal trainers are some of the best. I've been to alot of gymd and this is one of the best. The owners, Randal and Lilly are always on site to help with any need you have. Great gym and great people.

Best gym in Fort Worth,Tx. Randol is cool and a humble person. He and his trainers like Alton are always friendly and make the gym environment welcoming. They are truly there at the gym to help anyone who comes in regardless of fitness level.
