The operating manager was able to help me right away! A welcome change from the operating manager at the Crockett St, Fort Worth location.

I been coming to this gym for a year, and they don’t keep the basketball courts clean at all. They also shut down the AC inside the courts during the summer, and the gym is extremely hot, sometimes unsafe temperatures.

Kind of confused with the amount of people that don’t re-rack at this location. It’s impossible to tell what machines are taken because they all have weights on them. No one wipes down there equipment as well… and I mean no one.Additionally, lots of the equipment here seems pretty old and worn out (the whole gym does really). Luckily my membership gets me access to better locations like the one on 7th street or the ones in Keller.

Ben greets us at the door with a smile every time. The facility is clean and in working order. The members are helpful and courteous. Oh, and parking generous!But it's still the gym!Over half the year gone!!

Great place to workout. But gosh dang it when it comes to moving away and not having a LA Fitness near you they make it so hard to cancel. 3 stars. Make it easier.

This is a great gym. Weekends get a little messy but I get it. Short staff on weekends. Recommend this gym over any gym in the area for sure. I have options and I chose to go here.

Been a member here forever and enjoy going there but the recent trend of working out barefoot or in socks is getting downright nasty. This gym lets people workout barefoot and in socks, sweaty feet on the workout equipment is the nastiest thing I have ever seen. Need to put up signs about wearing shoes and enforcing normal gym rules like wearing shoes. Nobody wants to walk over to a machine or bench with sweaty feet prints all over them. Need to bring the cleanliness and hygiene up to par with normal gym rules. Used to be able to clean with spray bottles and paper towels but they decided to take away all paper towel dispensers and sanitizer spray bottles about a week ago, so trying to clean any equipment is out the window. Disappointed in the cleanliness of this gym going downhill fast.

Love this gym, has everything bikes, basketball courts and nice staff and people overall I love the basketball court so much and it's super good, a little expensive but it's amazing everything very clean.

The bathrooms need more attention. Grungy and dilapidated. The changing room has carpet that desperately needs several steam cleanings. Equipment could really use an update. Or at least repairs. There are a few machines with broken parts, and the vinyl is cracked. Just overall needs a facelift and attention from the staff. Most just seem to hangout there and not do much.

The bathrooms are nasty and smelly even in the kids play area the bathroom had an awful smell and pee all over it. Clearly it is not getting clean. My children wont be back there
