My son has been taking the Ninja class here the past month or so and he loves it. The teachers are so patient with little boys (and girls), but the little boys definitely test them more haha. Love teacher Miguel, he is so patient and kind with them even when they are being crazy toddlers.

Some of the teachers need training on how to talk to children. It’s only my daughters second week and she finished the class nearly in tears because of a sub teacher who clearly had no patience for children. Not only did she talk down to my kid, but during the whole 45 minutes of class she looked aloof and like she couldn’t wait for it to be over. When instructing, she grabbed my daughter by the arm and reprimanded her. These girls are only 4 years old. The way she was instructing was appropriate for way older kids, but not little kids. She was barking orders at them and not demonstrating how to do a thing.Later on, some of the girls were confused and the sub was staring off into space, not noticing them wandering off into other sections. My daughter had to be put back into her section by another attentive teacher. Really upset by this experience. It sucks because my daughter loves her original teacher but if they call out sick you could get someone who could care less about the kids experience. I will be pulling her out once the month is up. I’d rather spend more money to take her to another studio

Overall, I'm happy with Bay Aerials. The staff are nice and energetic and the kids have fun. I wish there were more accessible seating for disabled parents/guardians and that changes to make-up and attendance policies were better communicated in advance.

My kid has joined the Sweat Pea Programs for half a year up to now. He’s having a total blast! All the coaches that we have interacted with are super professional and fun, namely Coach Tiffany. Most importantly, they know how to communicate with kids.Roman, Persia and Jasmine at the front desk are really patient and helpful with all the registration processes and scheduling questions.I’d strongly recommend this place for toddlers’ parents who are exploring sports for their children.

My daughter has been here a year. The facility is great, very modern and updated. The coaching staff are kind. I love how we can track progress online and the coaches move students up when they are ready. I highly recommend Bay Aerials.

$37 per 50 min class, including time for roll calls and water breaks, with class sizes of 5-7 kids on average, and as many as 10 kids, is quite steep. Students spend majority of class time waiting for their turns. The coaches rarely teach anything. They are only there to supervise. The students are only told what to do, but hardly get any instructions and corrections. We try to sign up for small sized classes, but even if some classes show many openings on the website, we are often surprised with an overly crowed class because there are always some kids doing makeups or trials. I’m sorry to say that I think it’s a waste of time and money. It’s fine that the classes are run like this, but the price doesn’t match.

Fremont Location TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEI have taken my son to this place for a little bit over a year now. I never thought I would write down this VERY DISAPPOINTING experience with their MANAGER today. Me and the other parent were called in to stay with the kid ALL THE TIME because they can't keep them "running around" in class. She was pretty much dictating us to stay in the class instead of giving instructions to teach the kid how to do the activities. They use ONLY one instructor to teach many kids they can't handle. Then the manager came to tell me to put my son to TWO YEAR old class. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? -Your solution to teach and educate a 3 year old is to align them with young ones? I can't believe what she is thinking.I've never seen this manager's face before. How can you come to us and tell us what you want us to do without even asking our feedback?? NOT EVEN ONCE. WE'VE BEEN THERE OVER ONE YEAR. How do this place hire someone who doesn't qualify to be a manager? NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS AT ALL. NOT RESPECTFUL. NON SENSE.Let's talk about their teaching skills...Their strategy to keep the kids focused is using bubbles. When the instructor took the kid to the corner that you can't physically see. I saw it on the screen that the instructor just sit there with the kid playing bubbles. I PAID for you to play bubbles with my kid??????NOT even want to put down one star for her and the ninja class instructor.

We’re new to the Bay Aerials in Fremont. I have no idea how to do the registration and select classes for my kids. I just sent email to Bay Aerials email address expecting a very slow reply. However, surprisingly, Roman, replied me very quickly and he helped me to schedule the trial classes for my kids. However, we had to change the schedule because my kids had some other activities during that time. So, I had to ask for Roman’s help to reschedule the classes a few times. Every time, he was very enthusiastic and wanted to find the proper time for us. He always tries to find the most convenient time for my kids to make my time easy. When the schedule changes, he sends me email to notify the change. Very clear. From my observation, Roman loves his job and makes an effort to let parents have a convenient time picking up their kids. In these days, I rarely see young people like him having passion to work indigently and happily. Sometimes we even ignore that our working style matters. I am surprised by his attitude and working style. Hopefully this can encourage you and me and also maybe for the future Roman himself. I Really appreciate it!

My daughter loves her coach and the classes here. However the receptionist (Chinese lady) has been rude multiple times and today was a needle that broke the camel’s back when she yelled at me. Please do something about it: retrain her to have better customer service because her attitude is inappropriate and makes Bay Aerials Gymnastics look bad.Update: the gym owner reached out to me via email and informed me that she is implementing a nicer approach on customer care & service. Which I appreciate so much because kindness matters always.

I have enrolled my daughter for gymnastics in Bay Aerial and she enjoyed a lot on day 1. She is waiting for next gymnastics class. Coach Karina T has been assigned to my daughter and she is very helpful, attentive and makes sure students are comfortable. I would recommend this place for kids. It's 50 minutes class every week. There is approximately 147$ monthly gymnastics fees and 45$ annual registration. They have small store as well for costumes if someone interested in buying from there.
