Returning to Indoor Racquetball has been greatly enhanced! The Facility. The Staff and of course my co-participants make it Fan-tastic!! Loving it.

This gym comes with a lot of GREAT classes and equipment. It feels more like a club than a gym, it has a very nice pool, multiple courts for multiple sports and is just by far the best gym I've ever been to.

One in Fremont is most dirties place then other club. They do not so many classes and worse thing is bath rooms are the most dirty hairs are everywhere. They do not cleaning service for couple of months. floor in locker area is very bad. Think twice before you pay so much dues. It looks like other gym where you do not pay so high monthly dues. Is the same here.

We took family membership so that my son and daughter could use the swimming pool and gym before they head out to collage in August. But I was very disappointed by their lack of proper communication and professional courtesy. When we joined they said we will get one free training session and someone would call soon. But nobody called in two months! When I tried to cancel in August, they are now saying it has to be until the end of September. This was not at all communicated well when we joined. Overall, very disappointed by this experience.

Spacious space design, rich facilities and courses, cleaning equipment and even bathtubs are provided, but the price keeps rising and there is a clear smell of sweat in the air⋯

They have really gone down hill since Bay club took over. Prices are up and they are cutting way back on classes. The remaining classes are very over crowded.

The staff members are terrible and treat the club member rudely. The supervisor/manager, Christina G, even tolerates her staff yelling at the members without taking any action or saying any word. No surprise to see so many one star review here.
