The staff at this location are great ! Always friendly and helpful. The gym itself is always kept clean and the machines are usually always working.

Visited Fremont, CA location as I'm traveling for work. I appreciate the cleanliness and especially noticed Jacob who waa working on 9/24/2023. He was welcoming and even cleaned up around to ensure the equipment was in place. He interacted with members and you can tell his work ethic. I hope he keeps this customer service skill up as it will get him far. Planet Fitness, notice your talent and reward appropriately.No one bothered me and everyone kept to themselves or was respectful.Hope my next visit is as good as this one.

Impeccably kept clean 24/7. Their upkeep of stations is second to none. Moreover, it's personnel is knowledgeable and most friendly.

I like the layout of my gym in Fremont. It is always very clean and well staffed. The employees are always very nice and welcoming. I’ve visited many locations using my black card privilege and the Fremont location continues to stand out from them all.

Great experience at this gym over the past year. The staff is friendly and helpful. The equipment is new, clean, organized, and maintained. The bathroom area, locker room, and showers are also very clean and maintained. This is a well managed facility and an excellent value for the price of membership!

I really enjoyed the size and number of machines they have available in this facility. It's clean and well maintained. The customer reps were also A+. I particularly like the fact that they section off much of the areas according to equipment. This gives it a more spacious feeling. Aside from the bathroom being out of order and the fact that I couldn't find any incline press machines, the gym is a gem.

Alright, it's finally open. (Over 2 months when it first stated it would be open) I'm giving it 4 Stars currently, because all the equipment is new and the staff was attentive and friendly. (We will have to see if it is kept up long term)Pros: Free parking; looks like there was security in the evenings; one special $10/month program to help you get started (good until 12/31/2021), the upgraded program gives you a lot of goodies; there are lockers, but you need to bring your own lock; lots and lots of machines so you don't have to wait long; nice feature on the app tells you how full the club isCons: There's not a lot free weights or workout bench, it's mostly machines; not much free space either, only one room dedicated to stretching; no punching bags, swimming pool, or racquetball, if that's what your looking forAlright, that's all for nowJan 25th, 2022 update. Club is okay. Some of the treadmills are already breaking down. They also seem to need calculations b3cause I ran with a friend and results came out differently with same settings used. The small amount of free space is limiting workout. At certain times of the day, it's hard to do bench workouts, and free weights. Definitely not a club for heavy weight lifters.
