Was transferred over from Fitness 19. first thing they did was cancel my account so they could weasel me into another higher rate. How welcoming.

This location is excellent and I love all the amenities. The staff are amazing! They have answered my questions about fitness and are very supportive.

Not a high end gym. Good enough spacious and clean. Not very crowded yet busy. Not too expensive. They have water jet massagers and tanning facility.

The Gym needs improvement with the weight machines being older and dated. Especially the chest workout machines. They need to extend hours on the weekends past 9:00 pm when they close because its the only time its not so busy and packed.Dont go Mon-Wed from 4-8pm its not even enjoyable with every cardio workout machine taken and way too many people!Another sad thing is all the paper they throw away and dont recycle from people wiping down machines. They fill the dumpsters in back FULL of paper-where it should be recycled -be Green!

I normally go to the Hayward facility where the staff is Awesome and friendly. I work in Fremont, so I thought I would go to the Fremont location. The girl behind the counter was so Rude and Nasty, I thought about cancelling my membership. Really. She is giving the company a bad name. I will Never recommend your facility in Fremont.

Planet Fitness has a diverse clientele, owing in part to its convenient fee structure and its "JUDGMENT FREE ZONE." Showing up is half the battle, right?!?Basic membership is only ten dollars per month, including access to a trainer who will help you understand the machines & create a fitness plan.If you're willing to pay $20 per month, you'll get extra services like tanning, massage machines, & discounts on merchandise in store and online. You can also bring a workout buddy, making you even more likely to have long term fitness success.Clean friendly facility with looooong hours.

Yes it's affordable. But they false advertise when they describe it to be 24/5. There are only 3 days where they're open 24 hours, Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. They close at 9 p.m.on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, so if you're looking for a late workout it's not going to happen. They should definitely not false advertise and remove the 24/5 decals around the gym and especially their website.

This place is awesome. It's on the way to work and close to home. Whats different about this gym from the others is the time it opens and the closes. My work schedule varies from graveyard shift to pm shifts so knowing I can get my workout before work is always awesome. The staff is nice and always welcoming. While there is definitely more cardio machines than weights, ive never really encountered a situation that's stopped my workout (more would never hurt though)

We love it here. We go in mornings. It's never too busy, always quiet..... nice place to workout.

the clerk called the police on us and had them drag us out of the shower with no warning ;c me and mai boyfriend shower at 2 am when it's empty so we dont bother anybody cuz we are homeless and we share shampoo n stuff. We pay twenty bucks a month to shower.Was very frightening T-T My safe space wuz invaded by two angry 7 feet tall police officers telling us to get the F out and banging on the walls. TnTOn the up side...I loved how strong and hot the showers were! Nevar had a shower so nice!
