If you are looking for a new gym come to high five fitness! Coach Brandon is very knowledgeable when it comes to teaching foundations and meal nutritions. The workouts are fun! If you are a beginner he will modify the workouts for you. The environment here is awesome! So if you are looking for a new gym try out H5 fit club! It has been the best decision I’ve made! 🔥

The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring, and the classes are led by an exceptional personal trainer who gives hands-on instant feedback and adjustments during the exercises with just the right amount of encouragement. The music is blaring, and the atmosphere is fantastic. You will not do the same workout twice; if you go, you will see the results. Everyone is friendly, and you get to meet some amazing humans just by showing up. It’s a life-changing gym experience, and I highly recommend it to all my friends and family.

I have been a part of this gym family for a little over 5 years. You get nutrition, accountability, a great workout, and a great sense of community. We just received an award for being voted the best gym in the Central Valley. Come out and join us. You won’t be disappointed.
